How does it work?

Every 3-6 months depending on your tailored engagement level, we ask employees to complete the health score questionnaire.

The Questionnaire evaluates the four pillars of health and wellbeing. Physical, Mental, financial & Social/Environmental.

On completion the employee gets a report with recommendations on what support would be suitable for them to access.

They can then use the structure below to access our private health services.

  1. First Two of all private health sessions are completely free

  2. The next 8 bookings for any and all of the private health services we offer are discounted by 65%

  3. The following sessions until renewal are discounted by 25%.

Why do we use this structure?

The jump from completely free private health care, to full price healthcare is a scary one for many. We have ensured that we are not only under average market value, but we further discount our services so that employees on PEAP will never pay full price.

This is to ensure that our working relationships with employees have longevity.

The likelihood of an employee’s problem being solved within 6 sessions is very low. We want to ensure that they are with us for as long as they need us without taking the hit financially.

We are a big believer in health and happiness at home can have a positive affect on work, so we have added friends and family plans to our Proactive EAP.

We have two plans available;

The Proactive Employee Assistance Program offers employees a way of accessing our private healthcare providers using a structured discount system which grants;

  • X2 free sessions of each provider

  • X8 65% discounted sessions

  • Unlimited 25% discounted sessions.

    Each employee is allocated 13 discount codes which allow them to claim the above structure across all 6 of our providers.

    The friends and family plan allows employees’s friends & family to use their allocated discount codes to access our services when they need them. This upgrade is available from £0.75 per employee per month.

Friends & Family Plan Plus + gives each employee DOUBLE the discount value for all providers.

We use a specific engagement strategy which focusses on using management teams to filter down our presence to their teams and to engage in the regular assessments.

Then we push company wide engagement with regular communication, app notifications and challenges.

Strategic wellbeing

We don't just develop any old wellbeing strategy which we think fits best, we develop a personalised one. The app gathers data which we can use to develop a wellbeing strategy for your business. The business then gets a status of health score which is how we track the success of the strategy implementation.

The results from the health assessments are converted into numbers of health severity in the following sections; Physical, Mental, Social & financial wellbeing.

This gives us the data we need in order to plot what content to push on the app, who to support with interventions and where the business can make reasonable adjustments to suit.

We then use this data to compose a company health score. Which we can track from start to finish to display our impact on the organisation.

How the embedding process works

  • Employer signs up

  • Contracts exchanged and company emails created for app & communication use only

  • User accounts created for the app and sent out ready for log in

  • Induction video or face to face meeting takes place

  • Employees then begin to use the app taking the Health score questionnaire first

  • Analysis of scores, company health and offering of opportunities

  • Report composition with feedback on where we feel the health of the company is at

  • Implementation of recommended adjustments and content

  • Repeat
